P&G at KEDGE to talk about sustainability issues with students

P&G of its full name Procter and Gamble is a leading U.S. multinational corporation in the consumer packaged goods industry. Inge DEBACKER, Science & Sustainability Communications Director P&G France Benelux, will be present at the My Way day on October 14th to talk about sustainability issues.

Can you tell us in a few words about your role at P&G, your objectives and what your day to day work involves?

I am the Science & Sustainability Communications Director of P&G France and Benelux.  In my role, I am the SPOC to talk Sustainability and Science with external stakeholders. I am also responsible for the capability building of our employees in terms of Safety & Sustainability topics.

Can you explain in a few words which topic will be covered during the conference?

During the conference, I will be happy to explain the P&G Sustainability strategy, goals, and achievements on a local, regional and global level.  I will also cover how we want to Inspire Positive Impact in France.

Why did you choose to give a conference for KEDGE students?

P&G usually gives a conference at Kedge BS on our jobs & careers perspective – we decided this year to have another perspective with a high-value purpose for us, and which is important for all of us: sustainability at P&G.

What would you tell to a student to convince him to attend your conference?

During the conference I will show you that P&G is a science-based and responsible company. We are trying to use our scale to make a meaningful difference, and for this we work closely with external partners to be able to drive transformation together. During the conference I will share examples of how we bring this to live.

An intervention within the framework of the My Way days

This conference for all KEDGE students will take place as part of the My Way day which will take place on October 14th 2020 in a 100% digitized format.
